What a year's wrap-up covers, card by card
A reading wrap-up usually answers five things. Each card takes one, filled from your export:
Here is what the five cards say for the sample Goodreads library on this page, a made-up year of classics read through October 2026:
- The count: 17 books and 5,776 pages, so 340 pages a book on average; the longest was Moby-Dick at 635 pages.
- Month by month: February was the busiest with 4 books.
- Top authors: Jane Austen with 3, then Charles Dickens, Edith Wharton and Willa Cather with 2 each.
- Ratings: 15 of the 17 are rated, averaging 3.8 stars (57 stars over 15 books).
- The to-read pile: 5 books waiting, 3 of them added this year.
Two more books in the sample sit on the Read shelf with no date read, so no year counts them; the page names that under the cards.
Post them in order as a carousel, or pick the one or two that tell your year best.
